About this Lab

The most influential executives are not simply active on LinkedIn or visible in consumer media.

They become recognized authorities because they consistently occupy a distinct position within industry conversations, educational ecosystems, trade press, professional associations, digital platforms, and market narratives over time.

In this 3-week live online Lab, participants will learn how to intentionally engineer executive influence systems that shape how CEOs are perceived across media, conferences and trade shows, newsletters, social platforms, governance roles, and industry institutions.

Drawing from executive communications strategy, reputation management, media analysis, platform development, digital discoverability, governance visibility, and real-world CEO influence case studies, this Lab focuses on how executives become symbolic industry voices and how communications professionals can strategically build that authority.

Participants will create practical frameworks for executive positioning, recurring visibility, educational influence, and institutional authority that can immediately be applied inside their organizations.
